Foxfire's Contessa Ear Amor
Meet my five pound Papillon, Tessa. She is Diva's little "sister". Tessa arrived at our home at 9 weeks of age. 17 months old as of July 21, 2007 and in training for agility. We have discovered that she has a luxating patella ("trick" knee). We had scheduled her to have corrective surgery before we started to compete in agility, but right before the surgery she got sick with diarrhea on the way back from a trip to California. We cancelled the surgery and have decided to hold off and see how she does. So far she has been very active and her knee hasn't locked up. Below are some pictures of our little, but very mighty Pap!

The picture below is Tessa at 9 weeks: She arrived at our home on April 26, 2006 weighing in at 2.2 pounds! She was so small I was afraid of stepping on her. Her breeder suggested the bell. It was a good idea as she was very fast and hard to find as a pup. She is still fast and hard to find, but calling TREAT works really well!
