Meet my five pound Papillon, Tessa. She is Diva's little "sister". The picture below is Tessa at 9 weeks: She arrived at our home on April 26, 2006 weighing in at 2.2 pounds! She was so small I was afraid of stepping on her. Her breeder suggested the bell. It was a good idea as she was very fast and hard to find as a pup. She is still fast and hard to find, but calling TREAT works really well!
